Beard or Not? Single Women Share Their Favorite Male Facial Hair Styles
As Movember is in full progress, men across the country are currently showing off impressive mustaches.
It might be worth maintaining after the month ends – as single women have named it the most attractive facial hair style.
A recent poll of 2,500 women in the UK revealed that seven out of ten favor a man with a beard over one with a well-defined physique.
The rogue mustache, as featured on a Hollywood leading manPedro Pascal, secured the highest position with over a fifth of the votes.
In the meantime, the clean-shaven style has officially fallen out of trend, scoring a poor nine out of 10.
"The era where a six-pack was considered the ultimate attraction is rapidly coming to an end," said Sylvia Linzalone, a dating expert.Wisp, said.
Men with facial hair instantly gain a sense of character — it implies self-assurance, experience, and a touch of enigma. Women are seeking genuine qualities rather than just looks.
Therefore, do you concur with the results?

The Tom Selleck-inspired chevron mustache secured second position with 19 percent of the votes, while stubble took third place with 16 percent.
A full beard along with a well-groomed goatee ranked in the top five, earning 13 percent and 9 percent respectively.
Further down the rankings, the handlebar mustache—once popularized by Hulk Hogan—earned just seven percent of the votes.
Meanwhile, the thin pencil mustache received even less, with six percent.
The facial hair style of the anchor – featured on Robert Downey Jr.'s character Iron Man – ranked eighth in the list.
Once trendy, the bald appearance only garnered a meager three percent of the votes.
And lastly, mutton chops – the facial hair style that Hugh Jackman sports in his X-Men films – finished at the bottom with only one percent.
"What this survey reveals is that attraction isn't about being flawless – it's about character," Ms. Linzalone added.

A mustache conveys a narrative. It reflects uniqueness, and that's what women are reacting to.
They're prioritizing personality over physical exercises.
Over the past hundred years, the trend of mustaches has seen ups and downs, with notable phases of being popular during the 1920s and 1930s, as well as the 1970s and 1980s.
In recent years, though, they have experienced a resurgence – especially among hipsters.
Movember, a global charitable initiative where men grow beards throughout November to support men's health causes, has also enhanced its style appeal.
