November 17, Monday
On Monday, he revealed that the highly anticipated upgrading of the 170km Rironi-Naivasha-Mau Summit road will commence on November 28, signifying a significant milestone for a route that has historically faced traffic jams, accidents, and expensive delays.
A second 58km section from Rironi, Maai Mahiu to Naivasha will also be upgraded to a dual carriageway.
He encountered Zhang Bingman, the president of China Communications Construction Company, recognizing China's contribution to Kenya's significant infrastructure initiatives, including the SGR and Nairobi Expressway, as well as the proposed Talanta Sports City, new stadiums, the Bomas Convention Centre, and the Lamu-Ijara-Garissa road.

On Tuesday, the President met with the South Sudan Council of Churches, reiterating Kenya's dedication to promoting peace, political discussion, and arrangements for the December 2026 elections.
He later met Zarau Kibwe, the World Bank Africa Executive Director, who praised Kenya's National Infrastructure Fund and the nation's initiative to build 50 large dams to enhance irrigation throughout the ASAL region.
The fund also focuses on 20,000km of rural roads, upgrading 2,000km of highways, and producing 10,000MW of power.
At the State House, he was provided with ambulances and medical equipment from the World Health Organisation (WHO) intended for national referral hospitals, county health systems, and the National Emergency Response Centre.

On Friday, the President approved four important Bills, among them the County Governments Additional Allocations Act, which provides counties with an additional Sh70.6 billion for the 2025/26 fiscal year.
Additional laws enacted include revisions to the Capital Markets Act, the cancellation of the 1929 Provisional Collection of Taxes and Duties Act, and the Government-Owned Enterprises Act, which establishes contemporary governance practices for state-owned companies.
